When you click on the “multiplayer” or “campaign” menus it should automatically take you to the store and start the download. Or at least that’s what it did for my spec ops pack. Otherwise you can probably go to the PlayStation store and find the downloads when you search modern warfare

I got Modern Warfare for Christmas. I have 2 campaign packs, 2 multiplayer packs, and 1 special op/ co-op pack. When I open the game it says that I am missing data packs to play any of the modes. Whenever I click on the download option it takes me over to buy vanguard.
